Is there a discount if we have less than 8 guests?

Due to the fixed costs of our ParTEAs, we’ve based our prices on a minimum of 8 guests and cannot discount them any further.

 

How do I reserve a ParTEA date?

There are 3 easy steps:
      1. ParTEA DETAILS -
 complete the online booking form OR email your information to hope@parteas.com OR call (602) 570-4609.
      2. ParTEA AGREEMENT - we will email (or mail) this form to you which must be signed and either faxed to (623) 434-5552 OR mailed/brought to 8340 W. Vogel Avenue, Peoria, AZ, 85345.
      3. ParTEA DEPOSIT - a $100 non-refundable deposit is the final step to secure your date.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, money order, or payment through Paypal for the $100 deposit. Only cash or check is accepted the day of delivery for the balance.


What is Paypal?
Paypal is a secure online payment processor that accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or direct transfers between financial institutions. You do not need an account with Paypal in order to use their services.
 

How do I know what my balance due is?

As soon as we get your final headcount (5 days before your ParTEA), we can give you the total amount due on the day of delivery.

 

When do you need to know the final headcount?

Five (5) days prior to your ParTEA date we will call to confirm details and get the final headcount. We need this number in order to plan for the right amount of costumes, supplies, favors, etc.

 

What about unexpected guests and/or cancellations?

We prepare your ParTEA and calculate the balance due based on the final headcount given to us regardless of unexpected or absentee guests. In other words, we are not able to accommodate unexpected guests OR give refunds for guests who cancel or do not show.

 

What happens if I cancel my ParTEA?

The $100 deposit is non-refundable, but we will gladly work with you to reschedule your ParTEA.

 

Where can I have my ParTEA?

You’re the boss! Just tell us where to bring everything and we will be there.

 

Can I have my ParTEA outdoors?

We do not recommend an outdoor ParTEA due to the probability that costumes and linens will get soiled or lost, and table settings can break more easily. As outlined in the ParTEA Agreement, you will be responsible for the replacement costs of anything damaged or lost.

 

Are there any age restrictions?

Due to some small costume/game pieces and fragile table settings, we ask that guests be at least three (3) years old. Other than that, certain themes have age recommendations (see descriptions), but these are merely suggestions.

 

Are boys allowed at my ParTEA?

YES! Please let us know if you expect any male guests so that we can provide a variety of costumes for them such as vests, hats, and ties.

 

When do you deliver and pick up the ParTEA supplies?

When we call to get your final headcount, we will schedule a delivery and pick up day/time that is convenient for you.

 

Is there any delivery charge?

Delivery and pick up is FREE within thirty (30) miles from downtown Peoria, AZ. We use Mapquest to determine the distance.

 

Will my ParTEA look exactly like the pictures on your website?

Maybe, maybe not! Your ParTEA’s size, location, theme, etc. will determine what supplies are delivered, and then you determine how you want it to look. You are in charge!

 

Do I have to serve tea at my ParTEA?

Absolutely not. Most children don’t care for tea, which is why we offer alternative suggestions such as pink lemonade or apple juice in our ParTEA Guide. On the other hand, don't underestimate your guests - you'd be surprised at how many children will try tea and even like it!
